tagalog dating phrases

how do i become friends with filipinos!? please help!?

Im going to hang out with a girl tomorrow who’s friends are all filipino, they are all from the philippines as well, and speak english but not that much, now i have dated this girl I am seeing tomorrow before, but i want to become good friends with her friends so she will like me more, I know some words in tagalog, but i was just wondering if there is anything that i can say or do that will make them laugh and wanna talk to me more, they already like me i just feel left out cause they only speak tagalog, just what are some phrases that can make them laugh and stuff, thanks for the help!!

First of all, Act normal but be nicer and funnier than the usual. All of them speaks english but they will not do that if you are the only non-tagalog-speaking person in the group. But no worries because “this girl” can be your personal interpreter, being the nice person that she is, she will be glad and will feel obligated to do so. Just dont come off as too cocky & I’m sure you will be just fine. cheers! and just tell them MABUHAY! i’m sure they’ll asked you where you got that from.
