If my new girlfriend agrees to an exclusive relationship, should that include no ’searches’ on dating sites?

I began dating in June (after a long time off the scene) and met several wonderful women, then I found someone special. Before we started sleeping together, we agreed to an exclusive relationship. The connection has been powerful and fast but we both feel this might lead to a LTR. Today, I was using her computer to check my email and local news when the ‘auto type’ feature of her web browser showed me something upsetting: she’s recently browsed M4W postings on Craigslist, about a half dozen. My first impulse is to be straightforward and ask her about it. I know she will probably say I was snooping, but that would just be a distraction from the real issue. If she is bored or unsatisfied, or some other needs are going unspoken or unmet, I want to know. I see this as an opportunity to resolve any doubts. Am I being paranoid? Is it none of my business? Or should I face this head on and not stick my head in the sand? I’d appreciate feedback from women, 40+.

IF SHE DOES NOT TALK ABOUT IT, STILL, THEN ASK HER HOW SHE WOULD FEEL IF YOU WERE STILL DATING OLINE.
REMEMBER PERCEPTION DOES NOT EQUAL INTENT. GIVE HER A CHANCE TO TELL YOU OF HER PERCEPTION AND HER INTENT. AND SHARE YOUR PERCEPTION (THAT YOU THINK SHE IS STILL LOOKING FOR SOMEONE). GIVE HER A CHANCE TO SET THINGS STRAIGHT.
I AGREE WITH YOU IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE BEING STRUNG ALONG OR DECEIVED, BUT YOU MUST GIVE HER A CHANCE BEFORE YOU REACT. THAT SHOWS EMPATHY AND COMPASSION, WHICH IS WHAT YOU WANT FROM HER, RIGHT?

When can i see the Perseids Meteor Shower in 2007 in Cyprus?

Hello,
I have recently moved to Cyprus from the UK, and now that we have cloudless night skies and far less light pollution, I would love to take my kids to see a meteor shower. I have heard the Perseid shower is one of the more spectacular and occurs some time in August. Could someone please advise the best date and time to view these in 2007?

From mid-July, in theory, although most activity falls from 8th to 14th August, peaking on the 12th. The “show” is quite variable – some years are significantly better than others – but a good one can see peak meteor counts of 100+ per hour.

You’ll need to check whether there’s going to be significant moonlight around that time. If the moon is full then you’ll see significantly less activity.

I know what you mean about having better opportunities outside the UK though. I moved to New Zealand about two and a half years ago and I just need to step outside my house to have stunning night skies.

You’ll find Cyprus is excellent for most of the year, thanks to the relatively dry climate. It’s rare that you’ll get the blanket cloud cover that’s a regular feature of UK skies!!!

Why You Should Avoid This Emotional Love Affair

You thought you were the last person they would find if they went looking for an emotional person. You are now confused since you met this person who tapped your feelings and now you are all emotional. Which route should you take when it turns to be an emotional love affair? Everything you do turns out to be contrary to your expectations. You are too emotional. Emotional love affairs turn out to be so hurting. To avoid an emotional love affair, do not take revenge to more than loving your significant other back. Just love him/her.

I think i do not care if you love me so much it makes you cry all the time. The problem comes in when you hurt me by the little things you do and it makes me cry. It is not worth if i hate how much i love you. It will stop being a love affair to a war affair. An emotional love affair pushes each partner to fight with their feelings. The more you fight with yourself and reject your intense feelings the more they hit back at you. You will try and fail miserably most of the times. If you get lucky enough not to reach exhaustion, you will succeed in separating with your partner because logic dictates that such an emotional love affair is harmful to your social life. At the end of it you will have scars in your heart which you might take to the grave. To avoid this, do not encourage an emotional love affair at all costs.

An emotional love affair sabotages communication. When you are too emotional, language tends to hit the wall and expression takes a back sit. Without communication, misunderstanding is unavoidable. Please if you notice your partner is going down that route, talk about it. It is in a word. You will never guess it unless you keep talking. Be slow to anger and an emotional love affair will be news to you.
